Susan Hamilton Joins White Rose

In June Susan Hamilton of Dummerston recently joined White Rose Pet Memorial Services as an assistant. Susan's compassion and her understanding of the deep emotional bonds between people and their pets complement White Rose and support its commitment to providing caring support to pet owners following the loss of their pets.

As a child, Susan spent summers with her grandparents in Dummerston. She moved to Vermont in 1978. Throughout a 15-year period she worked periodically for the Vermont-New Hampshire Veterinary Clinic as an animal assistant, tending to all the animals with love. She lives in Dummerston with her husband Doug and their four-year-old black lab, "Ralph."

Marilyn George and Steve Hellus welcome Susan to White Rose, a pet crematory that provides after-care services, including cremations, home pickup, memorial services, grief assistance, caskets and memorial stones and markers, both directly to pet owners and through area veterinarians. White Roes is a member of the the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories (IAPC) and the Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement

(APLB).
